Career Requirements with Our Apprenticeship
To be a part of the SMART Team, you must have:
- A valid government issued ID and
- Be at least 18 years old.
If you are new to the sheet metal industry, and you will like to become an Apprentice and get paid as you learn a career.
Starting apprentices earn over $29.80 per hour in total package. This includes family insurance, 401K saving plan and international pension.
If you have prior experience in Sheet Metal or HVAC you must bring in proof. This can be W2's, paystubs or Social Security statement. We do not accept resumes as proof of employment.
